1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for our classes, purchasing event tickets, or using this website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Liability Waiver

Dancing is a physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury. By participating in Pachangueros classes or events, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for your physical well-being.
Pachangueros, its instructors, and organizers are not responsible for personal injuries, loss of items, or property damage suffered during activities.
3. Registrations, Payments, and Refunds
ℹ Important Note Regarding Payments
Although Pachangueros facilitates the registration process through this website, it is fundamental to clarify that we do not receive or process payments for regular classes. These payments are made directly to the associated dance schools:
- Imperio Studio de Danse
- Loisir Brio
- School Policies: Since the money is received by these institutions, all refund, cancellation, and credit policies are governed exclusively by the regulations of the corresponding school (Imperio or Brio), not Pachangueros.
- Role of Pachangueros: We act solely as the teaching staff (instructors) in charge of delivering the classes. Any administrative or financial claims must be handled directly with the school.
- Own Events: Only for events organized independently by Pachangueros (outside the mentioned schools), tickets will be non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
4. Code of Conduct
We foster an environment of respect, inclusion, and safety. We do not tolerate:
- Harassment of any kind (verbal, physical, or sexual).
- Aggressive or discriminatory behavior.
We reserve the right of admission and continued presence. Any violation of this code will result in expulsion without refund.
5. Image Rights
During our events and public classes, photographs and videos may be taken for promotional use on our social media and website. By attending, you consent to the use of your image for these purposes. If you prefer not to appear, please inform the photographer or organizers upon arrival.
